"Tami has been a wonderful inspiration for me. With Tami as my trainer I had a few goals in mind ... Lose weight, run better (to help with soccer and possibly complete a half marathon and eventually run a marathon), get rid of my big arms and have more energy, endurance and flexibility.
Tami is very supportive, trustworthy and organized workouts around my goals - cheering me on all the way. Tami taught me the fundamentals of weight training and cardio workouts as well as keeping me motivated. She was very informative, if I had any questions she would always provide me with an answer. She'd show up at our appointments with articles that interested me and new, exciting workouts.

"I had been physically active all of my life but as I hit the big "50", I realized that I had lost the physical strength and flexibility required to take care of my small grandchildren and also to work in my garden. I found it difficult to get up off my knees after squatting down and I felt stiff and I wasn't flexible at all. I also was embarrassed to show any "skin" as my arms and body were flabby.
I decided to start working out 2 days a week with Tami in April 1998. Soon after, I increased my workout with Tami to 3 days a week. I now wear short-sleeved tops and am proud of my fit body and continue to work on my bad eating habits with Tami's encouragement. I am also able to squat down and get back up with ease and my balance is very good and I am so much stronger. I have not only found Tami to be a great (and fun) person with the highest ethics and "extremely" knowledgeable in promoting a healthier lifestyle for me through both exercise and better eating habits. Tami is very encouraging and varies my workout to keep it from becoming routine and boring.
I believe that Tami is "the best" at what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to be healthier and stronger and feel that this is extremely important for older women. I was told growing up that "There is no better time than the present" so call Tami and get on a program designed for you and commit yourself to a better lifestyle."

"I have had the pleasure of working out with Tami for several years. I first encountered her in a group class, specifically geared to muscle maintenance.
My line of work is in the computer field, i.e. high stress, and low physical activity. Her workouts were a great tension release, in addition to keeping me in great physical shape. After having become quite addicted to these workouts, my work schedule changed, and I was no longer able to attend her group classes. After some time, I decided that I would like to get back to being in shape again, and inquired about her individual training services. I have been training individually with Tami for over a year now. In addition, I raved so much about our workouts and how good I was feeling, that I convinced my car pool partner to try partner training too!
Tami is an excellent coach in TOTAL FITNESS. She has a total body/mind approach to achieving health. She worked with me in nutritional counseling, overall wellness, and is such a high-energy fun person to be around, you can't help but enjoy working hard!
