“I worked really hard to look good for a rafting trip this summer. It was all about looking good and feeling confident in a bikini for the 3 day trip. So while I didn’t drop any weight on the scale, the inches were just melting away. I’ve already lost 5 inches from my waist.”

What is your motivation to stay in shape? “The past few years have had a lot of change and challenge both personally and professionally. One way to make a difference and improve my life was through exercise. When I found Tami's class it just 'clicked' for me. Now that I see results I have realized that I’m doing something good for myself. There are a lot of things I can't control but making myself look and feel better was important and something that WAS in my control. I'm addicted now!”
What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape? “After work, I really want to just go home and veg on the couch. So pushing myself to go to Boot Camp or go to the gym is the hardest part. But seeing the results, I don’t want to loose the conditioning that I have achieved thus far.”
What is the key to your success? “Knowing that I am accountable to Tami and the Boot Camp group. If I don’t show up it messes up the structure for everyone else. Knowing there are other people there stops me from making lame excuses. Plus now that I have real results.”

What have you liked about training with your Wildfire Fitness trainer and how has it affected your life? “Tami really pushes me. She is so supportive while getting the most out of me. I never would push myself this hard, but the sense of accomplishment that I have once I finish is a total high.”

While a little shy about posing IN the picture WITH the bikini, Anna-Marie did agree to at least show off the specially ordered source of her motivation. From the compliments she received, I’d say she looked pretty good IN it as well! ;)

What advice do you give others about fitness? “Find something that you like about working out and stick with it. Boot Camp is so fun and feeds on my competitive nature that I like doing it. It never gets boring. But even if it is hard to motivate yourself to start your fitness routine, just think that you can do anything for an hour. And once you have worked out for that hour, I guarantee that you will feel so much better you will want to continue.”
