Our clients lead busy lives! Many of them are working professionals, business owners and stay-at-home moms. Some are students, part-time athetes and general "life-enthusiasts". Many have kids and jobs and hobbies, as well as various passions and weekly obligations all vying for their precious time. Figuring out how to be healthy and getting to the gym on a regular basis can be a challenge. And sometimes, they just don't like the gym atmosphere and "cookie cutter" workouts, preferring a less intimidating, more accomodating and convenient environment as well as programming that considers who they are in addition to what they need.
Wildfire Fitness solves these problems with our mobile fitness training service. We bring the gym to YOU, to your home, office or other suitable location. We customize and tailor your fitness program to your health and fitness goals and desires and we can bring every thing you need to have FUN doing it. Whether you're new to exercise and not sure where to begin, or just want focus, strategy and motivation, it's all about you! Fitness training centered around YOUR goals, YOUR needs and YOUR schedule.
Whether training for a Special Life Event or simply the Event of Life, your Wildfire Fitness trainer will work with you to plan and develop a program and a healthy lifestyle designed to help you succeed in reaching your fitness goals.

Partner and Small Group Training
Balance personal training into your budget and increase your support system by sharing your training sessions with a friend or two.
With the guidance of your Wildfire Fitness trainer, your workout partner(s) can increase the accountability factor, enabling you to challenge yourself more than you would on your own, as well as offer the additional circle of support and encouragement you may need to succeed.

Our URBAN Boot Camp focuses on improving the fitness of individuals at most ability levels. The program develops strength, agility, cardiovascular and muscular endurance, and flexibility.
During the first week of UBC, the basics and a mini assessment are covered. After that the fun begins as each class begins with a dynamic warmup and ends with a cooldown/relaxing stretch. Sandwiched in the middle are individual as well as group missions, friendly competitions, circuits, weekly objectives, nutritional guidance and more. Never know what'll happen at UBC, but each class is designed to help get in shape, gain knowledge, and build the discipline you need to reach your fitness desires.
You can also be sure of a UBC workout that conditions your entire body using body weight and various fitness props (we like to call them toys), and then stretches you out during the recovery period at the end. Self accountability is stressed meaning that we ask for your personal best with each workout and expect you to work at a level appropriate to your situation.

Outdoor edVentures:
What are Outdoor edVentures? Our signature URBAN Boot Camp started it all! This program has evolved into various opportunities to challenge yourself and to use your body in new ways while learning new skills, or reinforcing your current knowledge base!
We'll offer some great opportunities for you to get out and enjoy our Northwest weather surrounded by people with similar goals. From workshops and special events to hikes and rock climbing, this is a great chance to meet and mingle with some of your fellow Wildfire Fitness trainees as well as your trainers in environments outside of your normal setting. Fun-loving friends and family are welcome, so offer them a motivational boost by encouraging them to join us!
