Fitness Accomplishment:
I think my greatest accomplishment has been making a consistent, long term effort towards losing weight and getting into shape. It is easy to join a gym, show up a few times, and fade off. It is really hard to make it a routine and lifestyle change.

What is your motivation to stay in shape? My motivation is definitely the fear of negative progress towards my fitness and weight goals. I have come a long way and would hate to slide backwards.
What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape? I think there are many factors; I can’t single our just one thing. Busy work schedules, the difficulty of managing diet, finding time to work out, etc. There are hundreds of excuses to use when it comes to not working out regularly.
What is the key to your success? Consistency. I am creature of habit by nature. I knew going in that for this to work I would have to completely overhaul my routine. I have and it has really worked for me.
