 Ready for CHANGE? Come to URBAN Boot Camp!

You’ll see people of all shapes, sizes, and ages. Think you can't do it? Think again. Most fitness levels are accommodated, from the super-fit to the under-fit, so whether you train everyday or haven’t moved since high school, we’ve got you covered. Our participants have a common goal: to get in the best shape of their lives and to live well! They want to feel good and look great. They also want vibrant daily lives whether that means keeping up with the kids, running errands, or training for an athletic event.

OUR goal, as your URBAN BOOT CAMP instructors, is to bring fitness where you are by creating a fun, positive, and supportive environment for you to do your personal best. We understand that change is required; change in eating habits, change in movement patterns, change in how you manage various aspects of your life. Our URBAN BOOT CAMP gives you a focused platform to begin to make those changes. We’ll help you identify your personal barriers to fitness success and to create a plan for your life outside of class.

Start your New Year off on the right foot...literally!The holiday season of eating (Halloween through New Year’s) often brings two constant themes: overindulgence and weight-gain. Typically, people gain 3-5 lbs during this time of year and seldom lose it in the coming year.

Join us for this fun and exciting UBC session created for you with ONE goal in mind: TO BURN EXCESS FAT & CALORIES!

Classes include fun fitness games, partner drills, circuits, obstacle courses, and a few surprises along the way to keep you motivated, moving, and putting those calories to use.
