You’ll see people of all shapes, sizes, and ages. Think you can't do it? Think again. Most fitness levels are accommodated, from the super-fit to the under-fit, so whether you train everyday or haven’t moved since high school, we’ve got you covered. Our participants have a common goal: to get in the best shape of their lives and to live well! They want to feel good and look great. They also want vibrant daily lives whether that means keeping up with the kids, running errands, or training for an athletic event.
OUR goal, as your URBAN Boot Camp instructors, is to bring fitness where you are by creating a fun, positive, and supportive environment for you to do your personal best. We understand that change is required; change in eating habits, change in movement patterns, change in how you manage various aspects of your life. Our URBAN Boot Camp gives you a focused platform to begin to make those changes. We’ll help you identify your personal barriers to fitness success and to create a plan for your life outside of class.
