What is your motivation to stay in shape? My motivation is to be fit and healthy so I can keep up with my 4-yr old son. I wanted to feel confident on the outside as well as the inside.
What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape? Some of my biggest challenges are portion control and limiting my sugar intake. I love Ice Cream!!!! Yum!
What is the key to your success? Tami at Wildfire Fitness has been a huge key to my success! She has given me the tools to be successful in my fitness goals. Providing me with a routine has made all the difference.
What have you liked about training with your Wildfire Fitness trainer and how has it affected your life? I love training with Tami. It's a lot of fun. She is knowledgeable about her profession. She doesn't except excuses. She keeps you motivate to do your best even when you are exhausted and want ot give up. She challenges me to my limits by adjusting the routines and keeping it fresh. My confidence about the way I look has improved my self-esteem.
What advice do you give others about fitness? Just Start! Whether it's outside, on the treadmill, in a gym, boot camp, bike riding, hiking, or in your basement. Get moving!!!! Something is better than nothing!
